Nice room; reasonable price. Definitely would stay again.

Disliked: The hotel as a whole could use some updating and/or fixing up.

Second time I have stayed there and I will again. Lots of towels; TV easy to use; full kitchen. Breakfast was nice; staff were friendly.

Liked: Everything else good.
Disliked: Air conditioner was noisy.

Disliked: I was very disappointed. The breakfast was very mediocre. The coffee pot in my room had a chipped spout with a sharp edge. The counter behind the coffee pot was dirty. Staff hadn't wiped the counter and there were crumbs. The mattress on the pull out couch was very uncomfortable and you could feel every spring. Staff did not replace the coffee supplies and I had to go downstairs to get a policy of coffee on our second morning. I didn't like the late weekend breakfast start of 7:30, especially when there was no coffee available before that.

Excellent Location Near York University

Liked: My husband and I stayed at this property for two nights. We were in town for the National Bank Men's professional tennis tournament at York University. The location is very good to the event site, about a 10 minute drive. The space in the room was wonderful. Lots of room to spread out over the two nights. The kitchen is nice value add but we only used the refrigerator. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was adequate and included all the usual breakfast items you find at a hotel breakfast buffet. Not sure what other attractions are nearby as we were only in town for the tennis tournament. The price was a little high but we needed spacious lodging for two nights. All of the staff were very nice and the service throughout our stay was very good. We recommend this property.
