Liked: Very helpful staff and really enjoyed my stay

Liked: This hotel was comfortable and a great place to stay. It was easy to find and check-in.
Disliked: Unfortunately, our bed was a queen, which wasn't great when sleeping with a toddler in between. The breakfast was nice, but items ran out fast and weren't often replenished.

Disliked: Sheets were soiled. Trash left inside trashcan, both the Bathroom & Living Area. I could instantly see someone just clearly "pulled the Main Cover over the bedding to make it look presentable. Immediately, you could see the sheets were wrinkly and soiled. There was no time to change rooms again; since I already requested a new room due being able to see inside the next person room with the curtain open. Upon my findings with the soiled sheets I requested clean sheets from the Front Desk, and indicated why. The manager or shift leader really didn't care. She just handed over the sheets as though It was no big deal.

Terrible service

Liked: We were given accommodation for 3 people, we made a reservation for 4 people.
Disliked: They do not comply with the accommodations they offer

Disliked: Staff was not very helpful when asked questions or available to help. Seemed like they were short staffed and would ask us to go get our own items. House keeping did not come and visit room while there.
