Liked: Everything was perfect. Clean staff very pleasant. Loved all the extra things like lotion, shampoo and conditioner, coffee maker, hair dryer and many more items to make our stay very pleasant. Will definitely stay again and refer others.
Disliked: Can't imagine anyone not being completely satisfied with this place. It was a pleasure staying there.

Liked: It was cozy and clean! The food was good and the staff was so nice. Kristina was amazing and my kids absolutely adored her.
Disliked: Laundry facilities weren’t working well.

Liked: All of the staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful to accommodate any issues. The woman (staff) at breakfast was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was no pool. Apparently, the website was somewhat misleading. The front check-in only had one staff member and got backed up. The bed linens and couch cushions didn't look clean. The air conditioning in our room was not working and we had to change rooms. We also had to evacuate due to a fire alarm, but that wasn't the fault of the hotel.
