Liked: It was set up like an apartment with everything in it I loved the convenience of it all
Disliked: It was a couple of things the cleaning staff missed from cleaning the room from the last people.

Liked: I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it was clean and well-maintained, there were a few issues that left a negative impression. The sleep quality was uncomfortable, primarily due to the lack of firm pillows. A better selection of pillows would have made a big difference.However, the biggest disappointment was being charged an extra, unexpected $250 fee. It wasn’t explained to me beforehand, and I shouldn’t have been charged in the first place. When I tried to get a refund, I was told it couldn’t be done. Fortunately, I had a bit of extra money in my budget, so I could still take care of my family’s needs, but it was a major inconvenience. I’d suggest the hotel review its billing practices and offer more comfortable bedding options to improve the guest experience.
