Liked: The hotel lobby was very beautiful,clean, and inviting. Check-in was smooth as well. The room was very clean and orderly, the bed was VERY comfy and the amenities went beyond my expectations. Everything that was needed was supplied. It was a beautiful stay for the most part.
Disliked: Sitting in the patio area at any time is risky there's no security anyone can walk through the property at any time and there was a lot of car traffic behind the property, breakfast was just OK it wasn't as advertised yet it wasn't the worst..the selection was slim, bacon was burnt, eggs were overcooked, the sausage was blah the only thing that I can brag about is their yogurt patfait bar. Secondly I was charged $250 in case of incidentals although o prepaid for the room amd wasn't told prior that this would be done and wasn't refunded my $250 upon checkout as I was told..instead I was told it'd be 3 to 7 days so I was lied to in my face by the check in individual..
