frustrating

Disliked: I booked with a virtual expense card for work but could not tap to pay with the same card at the site. I was forced to use a personal card to pay. ONLY AFTER I PUT MY PERSONAL CARD in the slot after explaining my frustration was I told that I could have paid online somehow. Staff made no effort to empathize or help. Enter the 21st century and make it easy for someone to pay with a tap option. DISAPPOINTING for a property that brands itself as higher class of stay
