Exceptional

Liked: The room we booked had two bedrooms 3 beds (1 king and 2 fulls) and a sofa bed. It had two bathrooms one in each bedroom.

Ample space in clean, comfortable...

Liked: Having a suite with a room for our kids and a separate room for us with a connected living area is perfect. Everything was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: We checked in around 8 PM on a Friday night and I was disappointed that there seemed to be only one attendant for the desk. This attendant was understandably busy when we arrived, causing a slight delay. The attendant was wonderful, but this indicates a staffing/management issue to me. Please consider increasing staff to insure someone is at the desk.

Liked: What I appreciate about the Econo Lodge is that I left my pillow there. And they found it and sent it back to me and I am very thankful! Thank you to the night auditor and the assistant manager for all your help! Your pillow is the difference between a great night's sleep and a not so great night sleep. I so appreciate all the effort you put in to getting my pillow back to me. Thank you so so much!

Sleeper sofa dirty and unspeakably...

Liked: Decent breakfast. Suite roons
Disliked: Sofa not separated from bedroom as pictured. Sofa mattress was thin with poking springs and a large stain. Staff would not allow me to change rooms.
