Went to T Mobile Park for the Ballgame...great! Our taxi driver was very nice. Good experience at the game, people friendly. Ate at Fisherman Restaurant. Great food and service.

Liked: Rooms ready ahead of time. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Beds were VERY comfy and room/bathroom nice and clean. Breakfast offerings good and staff friendly; front desk dialed Yellow Cab for us to go to T Mobile Park for the Ballgame.
Disliked: Not that I can think of.

I won’t ever stay at...

Liked: Location
Disliked: I was locked out of my room and elevator for hours. They are having problems with the key system, people were sleeping in the lobby this afternoon. I wasn’t able to go in my room, so I had to buy sunglasses and a hat do to the warm weather. When we checked in we were misinformed about the breakfast hours, so missed breakfast. When taking a shower the conditioner was filled with shampoo.

Liked: Great location, clean and spacious rooms
Disliked: Disappointing breakfast

Okay

Liked: It's conveniently located a block from the lake and from some offices like Google. Breakfast is nice, though it gets busy and people have to wait to get a table.
Disliked: The name 'Suites' is confusing. It's a compact room with a small kitchenette. We didn't use the hotel's parking. There are cheaper options around.

Disliked: Breakfast wasn't served until 7am. Most people traveling need to leave the hotel by then.Parking was awful. Sign on the garage says $40 per day. Someone has peeled off a sticker where it says $20. I was charged $45.We left something behind. I called several times, with no answer, emailed Customer Service who said I needed to call the hotel, so they gave me their email, and they didn't respond to three emails.Hotel staff were too busy eating their breakfast (before 7am) at the desk when I was checking out.

Liked: Liked having a kitchen. Beds were comfy. Room was clean and quiet
Disliked: Parking was not included. Waffle machine wasn't working at breakfast

Disliked: Handicap accessible room was farthest room from elevator.

Good stay but parking is...

Liked: Good location, neat room, decent breakfast and service.
Disliked: Parking rate is pricey given the room charges. space is subject to availability and many spaces are small and only for compact cars. Also the space is shared with another hotel you might have to park elsewhere

Comfortable hotel very helpful staff

Liked: Arrived very early after cruise hoping to drop bags off and was able to check in straight away which was really appreciated. Reception staff are really helpful. Only stayed one night before flying home but hotel stored our bags until 3:30pm on checkout so we could enjoy our 2nd day.Good room, with lots of amenities we didn’t need/use (kitchen). List of local restaurants available from reception which was helpful.Good breakfast, although not a huge selection.Used local tram or uber to access tourist sitesWould use again
