Disliked: I was disappointed that no one emptied the trash cans in my room.perhaps I misunderstood the house keeping policies

Liked: The property was huge and the rooms were accommodating for all the people we had in our group. Cedric at the front desk was so nice. He was welcoming and his customer service was incredible.
Disliked: Breakfast was not ready at 7am . They had the light off and people were forming in the eating area . We had to be somewhere by 8am so we had to find breakfast somewhere else . Someone else needs to be able to run the kitchen if emergency’s happen.

Disliked: For 300.00+ the blanket had blood stains and the carpet was ripped. Not enough towels. The lamps didn’t work. The room had a smell that wasn’t pleasant and there was a loud noise at night making it hard to sleep. For 400.00 a night I definitely felt like I was in a 3star establishment. I stayed there because no rooms were available anywhere else. I will definitely be touching base with your corporate office.
