Liked: Clean, quiet hotel with big rooms and free breakfast. We had an issue with a broken toilet. Maintenance couldn't fix it until the next day so we had to change rooms. Do to this inconvenience the manager upgraded our room.
Disliked: The toilet was running all night and then broke. There was no maintenance or manager onsite. The front desk called the manager, she came to the hotel. We were told maintenance couldn't fix it until the next day.

Aside room service, our stay...

Liked: I liked the cleanliness of the property and the kindness of the African American gentleman at the front desk in the evenings. He was always so polite and friendly.
Disliked: Room service did the absolute bare minimum for a light touch up during our stay. Even when asked for services during a certain time period, it was not done. Attitude from the maid wasn’t appreciated either.

Liked: The front desk guy was so amazing. We really loved him. He was so friendly and kind. The room was clean and nice. Not run down at all
Disliked: The 75 dollar dog fee felt a bit high
