This was an excellent stay...

Liked: The cleanliness throughout the property, and professionalism of front desk staff. Also, the fact that the hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport. Shuttle service is provided in a timely and responsible way.
Disliked: I have no complaints.

Very poor

Liked: The breakfast staff are nice and attentive employees.
Disliked: For starters there was only one person at the check in desk. Second rooms not clean I found ants in the bed through out my stay. Tub was dirty as well as other sections of the suite. Lastly I could never find anyone only at breakfast time and yes at check in time but when the one person there has up to five people waiting to check in you feel sorry for the guy and never go back cause he would always be busy.

Disliked: There was tiny cockroaches on one of my beds so had to sleep on the other. The bed i slept on only had 2 that I noticed once i woke up.
