Liked: The staff and customer service was incredible. They went above and beyond to assist us. Best hotel staff we have every stayed with. This will be our go to hotel for San Angelo trips.

It worked for the one...

Liked: The room had a lot of space. The kitchen was set up with utensils and coffee. The refrigerator was cold and the coffee pot worked. There was hot water and the beds were clean.
Disliked: The rooms were dark. The thermostat had been replaced and the area around it was not repaired. The couch cushion was torn. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The remote did not work and the TV would turn on but you couldn't manually change the channels. The beds could use a side table on both sides of the bed since the room is so large.
