Bathroom smelled like an ashtray

Liked: The location was perfect. Only good thing about the property. Walking distance to the concert venue across the street.
Disliked: The room we were put into faced the freeway. It was loud and hot all night. The AC couldn't keep up. The worst thing about the room was the smell. We asked for an early check in and got it but the bathroom and the whole room actually smelled like the previous occupant smoked cigarettes or worse. The bathroom smelled of cigarettes the worst like it was coming in through the vent. We are non smokers and the whole property is supposed to be non smoking. It was awful and we didn't get much sleep, the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've slept on in a while. We won't be staying there again, even though the location is perfect. If you stay don't let them put you in room 337. Ask for something that doesn't face I-15. We would have changed rooms but I was just grateful for the early check in to get ready to go to the concert I've been waiting to see since January. Lesson learned.

Over all it was a...

Liked: The kitchen and living room separate from the bedroom, was awesome. We were there for a show at the Maverick Center, loved that it was an easy walk across the street.
Disliked: The plumbing could use a once over, the sink and bathtub would fill up with water, we had to flush the toilet multiple times to get anything to go down, including the restroom located by the pool.

Wonderful Hotel

Liked: The staff was amazing and super friendly. We really enjoyed all of their breakfast selections. The fitness room had weights, treadmills, a row machine and was perfect for getting in a quick workout. The facilities were very clean. It was so nice that it was right by the maverick center so we were able to just walk to our concert and not have to deal with traffic. All in all it was a wonderful experience and next time we visit Utah we will definitely plan on coming here to stay.

Great place for a staycation...

Liked: Our favorite place to stay with kids! The water park is always a hit. Breakfast is great with a large variety. We love the addition of the soda fountain in the breakfast area!
Disliked: The couch cushions were worn with some holes on them but didn’t affect the ability to use it.
