We enjoyed a short getaway...

Liked: We always like staying at Staybridge. It’s always comfortable, convenient and we like the kitchens.
Disliked: N/A

Over great stay .. staff...

Disliked: Had to beg for towels . Charged 2 times for 4 days

Pleasant

Liked: Safe location, property was clean, beds were comfortable, having a room with a kitchen unit was worth it & the location is great not far from stores/ restaurants.
Disliked: Upon arriving we noticed our toilet was leaking & reported it to the front desk & maintenance never came. We had to have our key cards switched out a few times as they would not work consistently, took a few requests across 2 days to have the right amount of bath towels for each of us (4 of us guests only gave us 2) The showers were slippery & had no rubber mat. I didn’t feel like they were prepared for our stay as they also didn't give us enough pillows for 4 nor a blanket for the pull out bed I had to request these items.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff at this property was phenomenal, very friendly and addressed questions immediately.
Disliked: While I believe it was a clean property, there was rust in the bath tub and toilet seemed to have low pressure. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap is great!
