Liked: We loved our bedroom that was assigned to us- it's clean and the kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave etc. are a big plus. Toilet & bath is very clean. The reception staff with Ms. Jessica is exceptional. They are friendly & accomodating. Breakfast is OK. We'll stay again in the future travel. Thanks! :-)
Disliked: At first, it's a little bit hard for us to find the location of the property.

Disliked: Had to beg for towels . Charged 2 times for 4 days

Liked: Safe location, property was clean, beds were comfortable, having a room with a kitchen unit was worth it & the location is great not far from stores/ restaurants.
Disliked: Upon arriving we noticed our toilet was leaking & reported it to the front desk & maintenance never came. We had to have our key cards switched out a few times as they would not work consistently, took a few requests across 2 days to have the right amount of bath towels for each of us (4 of us guests only gave us 2) The showers were slippery & had no rubber mat. I didn’t feel like they were prepared for our stay as they also didn't give us enough pillows for 4 nor a blanket for the pull out bed I had to request these items.
