Liked: Breakfast was great. Location worked very well for us.
Disliked: Was very disappointed when I booked a room for 4 people with 2 queen beds, to find out I was mislead. Our suite was a one bedroom with one bed and a pull out twin couch that was horrible to sleep on and was too small for 2 adults to sleep on. We had to put one person on the floor with some bedding. We were told because we booked through Bookings.com we could not upgrade the room. Left us very disappointed and feeling like both Bookings and Staybridge will not be our choice in the future.

Disliked: Scene complimentary breakfast the chef was great and very pleasant

I’ve been to many hotels...

Disliked: They are very racist with nasty attitudes especially the chef!! … the charged me a fee claiming they “smelled” smoke I don’t even smoke due to my severe asthma so it’s not possible . I think they took it to pocket it.

Liked: Extremely convenient to University of Rochester! Easy to get to. Rooms were clean, modern and spacious. Super high ceilings! Kitchenette was well stocked and handy for eating meals and snacks in the room. Jesus at the front desk was super friendly and helpful!
Disliked: Wish I’d asked for a room above first floor. Never felt like I could have curtains fully open or else I was on display to the adjacent parking lot with people walking by frequently. There was also a little bit of a cast of characters hanging out in the lobby & bar area. Both nights there was a very loud person in the bar area yabbering on and it didn’t really feel like a place where you could have a conversation with a friend and not get pulled into that guy’s drama. That’s not the fault of the hotel though.
