Lively stay

Liked: Disabled room had plenty of room & well equipped. Staff very good. Good location
Disliked: Needed a grab rail behind shower seat & grab rails by sink & at other side of toilet. Sofa bed to sit on as a sofa wasn't comfy for heavier people. Couldn't get pool lift to work & instructions stupidly are on the water side. Needs better instructions & need staff to know how to operate it so they can show people.

Comfortable modern facility and friendly...

Liked: Clean, comfortable room, modern facility, friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: There was a technical problem in the hotel heater and no hot water in the shower for two days, so i can’t give it a 10 this visit. However, I hope to return and give it 10/10 next time as the wonderful staff and modern facility deserves.
