Disliked: Sofa bed wasn’t made. We had to go down to the desk to get the bedding to make it ourselves. Not enough towels. We had to go down again for more.

Disliked: We arrived late (10 or 11pm) after a very long day of driving. The lobby was super loud and full of travel sports kids and their drunk parents. We went up to the room to find that they had put us in a room with one king bed instead of two queen beds. They offered to switch the room for us because they had one available. Never said anything about any price changes or anything. I had booked through Booking.com so I got charged the original rate from Booking and then the next day (after we had left) I noticed there had been another charge from the hotel that made the room almost twice the price and they had never even said anything about any possible charge. Tried contacting the hotel and never heard back. Stay somewhere else or be VERY meticulous about checking your bill.
