Liked: Perfect quiet location 2 mins walk to the T with a good supermarket very close. The breakfast was great with a good variety of quality food.

Liked: Big rooms. Close to train.
Disliked: Breakfast was a mess. The hotel did not open breakfast earlier on marathon day.

Liked: The breakfast is excellent, bed comfy, room clean and space for storing clothes etc Large fridge and freezer, large microwave and kitchenette has everything you need.Tea and coffee and snack availability in foyer all day.
Disliked: Nowhere to sit outside, but can’t be helped probably due to location.

Good hotel, close to Boston,...

Liked: This is a really good hotel for the Boston marathon weekend. Location is right next to the T line and only 20 mins from downtown. Makes your stay a lot more affordable. Modern hotel, with nice and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Breakfast was overcrowded, plates and cutlery not replenished and the food/coffee also took a very long time to be replenished. We also had to ask 4 times for the sofa bed to be made up in our room - and that resulted in one of us camping out at reception waiting for the staff to bring bedding.

Comfortable stay and helpful staff.

Liked: Very convenient to the train line and easy to get into town. The staff were very helpful, especially Christian who booked me in and helped me with a charger.
Disliked: The breakfast was a bit chaotic.

Liked: Clean spacious room with comfortable bed. Good location if without a car - a couple of minutes walk from North Quincy station, and a supermarket.
Disliked: Breakfast good but not great, and staff couldn't keep up at busy times so a lot of things were empty. Noisy aircon in the bedroom.

Superb

Liked: Location close to subway. Nice neighborhood. Spacious room.
Disliked: Breakfast was the same all 5 days of our stay. The hotel was full of guests/marathon runners and very often we all had to wait in long lines for refills of all food and coffee because the service was slow and understaffed. This should not have happened not even 1 day in such a good hotel, let alone during a busy Boston marathon weekend.
