Will not go back. Had...

Disliked: They didn’t answer the phones after making reservation, called 7/8 times no answer. Pretty sure I saw a bed bug. Floor by ac was soaking wet. Cabinets had food on them in kitchen area. They sent us to a room that was occupied first time. Hotel was promoting two queen beds. They were full size instead.

Terrible experience.

Liked: Full kitchen
Disliked: The first room we checked into was dirty with stains on the cover, sheets and pillow cases. There was also hair in the bed. We were moved to another room. The last day of our stay breakfast was not available and no optional continental breakfast offered. We also tried to just settle for making coffee in our room and was told by the front desk unable to locate coffee filters for the coffee pot.
