Liked: Rats rats and more rats! Outside by the dumpster at night pull up and watch the show!! The General Manager or sales manager don’t care about anything except MONEY!!! They allow their staff to be rude and mistreat guest and say since you’re not the registered guest they give them the green light to do whatever they want!
Disliked: The landscaping is horrible, the grass is dead ants everywhere so kids or animals aren’t able to play outside. No bags to pick up after your animals available but the stations are outside without the proper supplies so they may be used properly!

Liked: The location is very convenient and staff was friendly.
Disliked: Our room we’re not cleaned properly. Found a cockroach on a floor the 3rd or 4th day there. Our couch was broken. No kids shows whatsoever offered on the TV. Room service came ONCE during our 6 night stay. Had to go to the front to pick up towels and there were none clean they could give out. Woman at the front was very friendly but they have some kinks to work out here. Will not be returning.
