Overall the stay was great.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. Hot, well stocked, and great selections. The staff in charge of cleaning tables and keeping it stocked was very attentive.
Disliked: Overall the room was good, but we did have issues with towel hook half off the wall, light bulb out and some receptacles did not work.

Disliked: They canceled my booking that I had made months in advance. We get there after a concert around 11:30pm and go to check in and we're told that they tried to call me an hour before we got there and I didn't answer so they gave our room away and they were all full and we were out of luck pretty much. They did not leave a voicemail or anything. Plus we were at a concert, pretty hard to answer a call. So we were stuck without a room in the middle of the night and had to drive over an hour back home. Super disappointed.
