Disliked: My family and I had a highly disappointing stay at Liberty Suite, and I’m sharing this review to help other potential guests make informed decisions.The service from the two receptionists was unprofessional and unwelcoming. They showed little regard for guest satisfaction, making us feel undervalued from the moment we arrived.During breakfast, we requested to bring food to our room as our child was still asleep. This was initially denied without a clear explanation. After explaining that the food would otherwise go to waste, we were reluctantly permitted to take it, but we were required to return the plates and utensils to the 12th floor ourselves—an inconvenient and poorly managed process.Most concerning was the condition of our room. The carpet had a strong, unpleasant odor that caused breathing difficulties for my husband, raising serious concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance standards. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, providing little to no cooling, which further diminished our comfort.I urge Liberty Suite to address these issues through improved staff training, clearer service policies, and better maintenance of rooms and facilities. Until these improvements are made, I cannot recommend this hotel to others

Convenient - just needs to...

Liked: Convenient location. Functional and useful amenities in room, which was perfectly clean. Simple breakfast but gets the job done.
Disliked: This was a stop during a family road trip. Smoke (?) alarm went off at 3 in the morning and then at 9 again during our 1-night stay, with no explanation from staff. Unable to get a lot of sleep despite comfortable rooms.
