Liked: The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and always helpful, I really liked the virtual concierge that I could text when our room needed something. The breakfast was always hot and delicious with a great variety of things. The size of our room (2 bedroom suite) and the full kitchen was awesome, it fit my family of 6 very comfortably.
Disliked: I have to say there isn’t much I didn’t like about the property, maybe the only complaint was not all of the dryers worked in the laundry room, which wasn’t a huge deal, I just moved my clothes to a different dryer.

Disliked: The black lounge chairs are so hot you can't put your arms on but other thank that absolutely nothing!!!

Liked: The staff was amazing a put together a little note and sweet treats for my kids! It was amazing.
Disliked: The equipment in the master room behind the bolted door was soooo loud. Woke me up off and on all night. Also the bolted door would appear to be locked but it is not and it is 100% disgusting in there

Liked: The breakfast was good, and was close to the State Farm Arena
Disliked: The bed was hard as a rock, the staff brought us 2 more mattress toppers to try and help.
