Liked: The breakfast was plentiful and varied, but the early morning weekend guy didn't have everything ready when breakfast started in the morning.
Disliked: The pool , we had it to ourselves, possibly because the water was very chilly, maybe not even heated. Could have been turned up a bit.

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and eager to assist.
Disliked: The breakfast was truly abysmal quality. It specifically stated in the contract that it was supposed to be served completely until 10:30 am but my boyfriend and I went down at 10 am and all of the food was completely gone. No signs of refills. If I am paying for breakfast until 10:30 am I expect everything to be there until 10:30 am. It was honestly an incredibly disorienting start to the day. The key cards, omg don’t get me started. Every single time we went to use them, they had to be re-encoded bc of some stupid error. And I wasn’t the only customer experiencing this issue. In the elevator at one point I was talking to 3 or 4 other customers with the same problem. Also, “don’t hold your key near ur phone” really? In 2025? What do you expect people to do? Also, there should really be complimentary feminine hygiene products in the public bathrooms downstairs. I mean seriously. I shouldn’t even have to elaborate on that one. And honestly I know this message is incredibly nasty, but I don’t even care. For a $500 weekend, this stuff is bare minimum. Do better. Oh and also to the old man at the main desk, I really really don’t care if you were the first nuclear baby or if you like Joe Biden or not, just let me check in please.

Liked: Location was convenient for us.Room was clean. Shower was very good.
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable. Room was dated and areas needed to be fixed or replaced. Breakfast was terrible. First morning there was no coffee.

Bad

Liked: Not a thing, overcharged my card by close to $400 and now I have to wait three days before it drops off. Breakfast was a joke. 4 carafes of coffee, all empty and food area was filthy. I could go on and on.
Disliked: EVERYTHING

Liked: The friendly and welcoming staff. We loved having the kitchenette too, so we could just have food there.
Disliked: We wished it had a hot tub or heated pool.

Disliked: The room was a little dingy, and the sofa sleeper bed was bad. The sofa itself was old and worn. The mattress was super thin and gross, the entire piece of furniture needed to be replaced.
