Staybridge Suites - Orlando Royale Parc Suites

Good

Liked: Overall the place suited us well for a short stay of just a few days.
Disliked: Breakfast plates, bowls and cutlery all single use plastic. Such a waste and so bad for the environment.

Disappointing

Liked: I been going there since 2016 n is was great
Disliked: My room wasn’t clean the correct way the staff in the front desk / morning have a bad attitude the washer or dryer don’t work the rooms need carpet clean

Good

Liked: We stayed one night here after the parks. It was what we needed and suited our needs. The breakfast was nice and the staff was great.
Disliked: I was charged a 10 dollar payment after we left. I have no idea why, but wasn't really enough for me to call about.

Disliked: 2 of 3 Elevators hast been defect.

Poor

Liked: Even food was not good service I wouldn’t recommend I left one day early they give me paper to refund for this day
Disliked: Stuff not helping and breakfast was no help no clean

Staybridge Horror

Liked: The shower pressure was good and the hot water never ran out.
Disliked: My brother and mother arrived earlier to check into the room. I arrived later. Room 528 smelled like mildew/mold. The bathrooms were extremely tight. I saw a roach in the kitchen. I don't have a picture of it because I stepped on it. I didnt want to chance taking it back home with me. It looked like it was water damage in the room cause the base boards had this brown like rusty look in the corners. There was only one working elevator. We asked the front desk clerk if we could change the room cause of my mother having a bad knee and the smell of the room. My mother is a senior. She was having a hard time walking all the way up to the 5th floor. The front desk clerk was extremely abrasive towards us for simply asking if we could change rooms. We had to sleep with the AC on full blast and buy air freshener to get rid of the horrible smell. This resulted in me having to use my rescue inhaler and portable nebulizer more than normal cause of the poor air quality in the room. This is the worse staybridge I've ever been to. I'm extremely disappointed because every staybridge I've been to prior was very clean and comfortable with pleasant staff. This one should not be a staybridge.

Overall Ok

Liked: The property serves breakfast with plastic plates and cups not environmentally friendly, the waffle que tales ages to make one. Not a lot of selection. The pool use wasn’t checked properly so you have many people getting in the pool with their clothes on, not very hygenic. Other than that friendly staff and good location. The rooms are very very dark though
