Disliked: Upon my late arrival the lock to the door was not charged or operating (something a manager should had seen if they actually signed off on the room being cleaned) and with a 9month old baby I had to travel up and down 5 flights of stairs in an elevator with no AC in the middle of summer - that is located outside the building…. 3 times only to find they have to now assign myself a new room. No luggage carts were available they told me I was SOL, couldn’t even go the extra mile and help me with my luggage since I was actually waiting for my husband to arrive later that night I was alone. The breakfast included in the rate was so highly processed, I checked in to a Ramada the next weekend and paid $15 for breakfast -which is less than the price of Staybridge- and it was a lot better quality, and more variety. My stay at the Ramada was cheaper and the facility was old and in need of repair, but the way the staff treated myself and my daughter when I arrived made that short stay worth it.The staff at Staybridge only go as far as the bare minimum, if that, they follow a check list and that’s it. I purchased this room in advance as I do with all my bookings, I was asked to provide a credit authorization form at check in but was never told before my arrival (I had called the location 4 or 5 times during that week in order to set up request and logistics for my arrival). I was also told that the card I was providing was not my card (it is) because the manager apparently knows my bank account more than I do. Even after showing the front desk my and my husbands joint account on the website of our bank with BOTH of our names on it, I was still halted at check in for this form which was to authorize $36.

Staybridge Suites in Orlando made...

Liked: This property was beautiful and I loved the location. It was close to the Disney park, World Food Trucks, and Old Towne. I also loved that it was pet friendly. The staff were so kind and helpful whenever we needed them.
Disliked: The only issue I had was that there was water on the ground outside the rooms.

Liked: Nice sized rooms that were clean and comfortable
Disliked: The hours at the bar/restaurant were terrible. Should definitely offer drinks and snacks during the day, every day. The bathrooms were a little rusty and could use some refreshing

Liked: The location is nearbyDisney. Have a wonderful week with the family. The pool and pool bar were the best. The breakfast is good as well.
Disliked: When you call the front desk, no one answer it took long. Due to fact that fire when off at 6 am two days straight. Also, I only called once for no service due to the fact that I was going to stay in room the whole day. Then the last two days they were not providing this service. The only little things are details that the shower curtain was a little already run down or destroyed, and bedsheet had little holes in them, but everything else was good.
