Worst hotel experience ever

Liked: The absolutely only thing we liked was the location this was are first time in Orlando which we loved an the room was spacious convenient to shops an food trucks and funspot,old town
Disliked: This was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel I stayed here because of all the good reviews about this place never again will I believe the reviews because everything was either broken or didn't work we got locked out of are room housekeeping kept coming in our room when we weren't there an they didn't even do what they were supposed to do the front desk was absolutely no help had to wait 3 hours to check in a room that wasn't even what it was supposed to be I asked for a high floor with a view an completely got the opposite they said first come first serve so I got there early an people were getting checked in to there room when they came in after me I will never come back to this hotel ever again but I will be back in Orlando

Disliked: The hotel crew told me that they only do light clean up don't take trash or re-do beds,they had bugs in the rooms

Liked: Rooms are well sound proof. Fair location to Disney.
Disliked: The carpet inside the room was really dirty. Had to walk with sock or shoes. My white socks ended grey :/ Breakfast time was chaotic. Not enough tables for the demand.

Disliked: That the parking fee was not displayed on the website. Would have been nice to know a head of time.

Liked: It was ok,they never came to clean our room for the whole 9 days we were there..The gaps under the door was weird..The breakfast was ok ,the washer smelled like dirty socks..Smelled like Marijuana everyday..Honestly spend alil more and get something thats gonna be cleaned daily and doesn't have to smell like weed .The pool will make your hair fall out just an fyi...YOU HAVE TO PAY TO PARK AT THE HOTEL EVEN THOUGH YOU BOOK A ROOM THERE..MAKES NO SENSE..Than your told safest place to park your car is only in the front which is always packed.Back of the building has no lights...
Disliked: Marijuana smelled everywhere,room wasn't cleaned not once.For spending 1200 + dollars it should of been better....Oh and you have to pay to park there $85...If your paying for a room you would think parking would be free but NOPE...
