Disappointing

Liked: The staff and overall facilities were nice. We had enough towels in our bathroom and the room overall appeared clean. The breakfast the next morning was great with a large variety to choose from.
Disliked: My 2 y/o child slept in a bed by himself. After giving him a bath we layed him down. The next morning my we woke him up to find bug bites across his face. We have never had this happen before. We were headed to Universal the next morning and were meeting friends and so I did not immediately report the problem. After our vacation, I notified the hotel but was told there was nothing found and in the room after there inspection.
