Was told a manger would...

Liked: Was convenient, decent size and helpful staff.
Disliked: Our room wasn’t cleaned properly, floors not swept , mopped or vacuumed, toilet seat falling off, ac didn’t work properly, kitchen cabinets dirty and still had used salt packets, no coffee, dirty kitchen drawers, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dirty microwave, ice maker didn’t work, hallway and stairwells dirty and smelledPoor water pressure and water smelled I had to clean the pool in order to use it

I got no sleep and...

Liked: My AC wasnt working and I slept a total of 3 hours before my 16 hour work day. My coworkers AC two rooms down didnt work either. We haven't had a bad stay yet, I was absolutely floored. I expect much more for the price we pay to stay there. On top of that, the plastic shower tub was broken in my room and caused me to slip and fall down in the shower. It is bent on the center and is like a "V" when standing it in. Seriously the worst time Ive ever had at this hotel as well as my coworker.
Disliked: Shower was broken, AC was broken, I got no sleep and fell in the shower from it being broken. The pool bar was closed, there arent bathrooms close to the gym, overall poor experience.
