Came because of the weather...

Liked: Loved the variety of breakfast not the same every day. Staff super friendly from checkin thru brrakfadt. They hire the best people

Good

Liked: Very good value. Great amenities and very good breakfast. Free onsite laundry was also a nice touch.
Disliked: Out of a 6 day stay we never once had a knock from housekeeping to check on us. We had to chase them down for towels, toilet paper, and trash bags.

Disliked: It wasn’t the cleanest. The dishwasher was full of clean dishes so not sure housekeeping did a thorough job of cleaning.

Great location...however other issues

Liked: Breakfast and the staff in that area were awesome! Hotel in a great location of the city
Disliked: Was not told pool was closed until I asked after checking in no sign at the desk. We had our grandkids with us and was looking forward to using the pool. Sofa bed is awful as my young grandsons complained about so you know it's bad when a child complains we tried to sleep on it and it was awful. Pink stain on the lower curtain in the sitting area and on the carpet in room 203.

Liked: My family and I loved everything that they had to offer great place very friendly stuff outstanding all the way around last thing the amazing complimentary breakfast with fantastic my whole family enjoyed all of it 10 out of 10 no questions asked will be staying there again
