Very friendly, helpful, professional staff. Clean spacious room. Nicely groomed grounds. Convenient to airport and surrounding areas via major roads/highways. Obviously well managed.

Liked: Excellent experience.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: I really liked the grill & the breakfast offered each morning. I also liked that we could cook in our room in order to save money from having to go out to eat.
Disliked: There were not enough silverware & dishes in our room for everyone. When we went to the front desk, they didn’t have any extra so it took over a half hour for the staff to collect these items and we were given plastic silverware after waiting while our dinner was ready. The refrigerator was turned up way too high and was unaware until the next morning when we noticed our produce was frozen. I went to the front desk to report this but they did not offer anything to make this right. They did offer to send maintenance but we had already turned it down. We brought our pet but we cleaned up after him. Many people were not cleaning up after their pets in the few grassy areas.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Would've been better with fresh eggs. Every Staff member was awesome. Beds very comfortable. Rooms could be a tad bigger. Loved walk-in showers. Pool was great for grandkids. Loved complimentary laundry.
Disliked: Size of room could be a tad bigger. If accepting of pets, put a limit on how many. There was guests with 6, yes 6 small dogs. Going into elevator after them was awful, stunk heavily. We didn't hear them but another guest told my daughter they were in next room and dogs yapping all night.
