Liked: Loved the room with the kitchenette! For medical reasons I need a fridge so that was awesome! Great room, comfortable beds, wonderful bathroom!
Disliked: Not really anything I didn't like about this hotel! We only stayed one night and it was wonderful! I would stay again!!

It was comfortable , clean...

Disliked: Could have had better instructions or signage to indicate that the air conditioner in the room was controlled by the thermostat on the wall, instead of the unit, itself.

Very good

Liked: The rooms were big, which included a full kitchen, living room couch, a desk and TV. Bed was comfortable and the a/c worked great.
Disliked: The bathroom door was ADA compliant. However, you had to either stand in the shower or squeeze between the toilet and shower to close the door. Also, the front of the building was under construction, 0which was a little off-putting. The parking area was a little small for the about of rooms.

Comfortable but lacking a few...

Liked: It was under construction so that was unavoidable. Our room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. It was a suite so there was a sitting area and kitchen and then a separate bedroom. So those are things we liked
Disliked: In this big suite, the bathroom was so small you could barely shut the door without hitting the commode. The tv in the living area did not work, we just used the bedroom one, no issue. The guy that checked us in was very nice but the morning crew did not greet us at all. Breakfast did not start until 0730. We were traveling and get on the road early. No coffee or anything available. We left at 0700, so we were out of luck. We paid a good price for that room.

Will definitely stay again

Liked: That is was like a little apartment and the free breakfast bar was top notch
Disliked: there was nothing I did not like

Good except for the bugs.

Liked: The location and amenities.
Disliked: My room had bugs. When I reported it, the overnight staff did not put in a service ticket aa she claimed she would. When I went to follow up at checkout, another staff did not see the ticket. She apologized and immediately put in a service ticket.

A gem in Mount Juliet

Liked: We were impressed all the way around. The lobby was warm and inviting, with multiple sitting areas. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The bed and pillows gave a solid night's sleep! Roomy shower. The kitchenette was stocked for light meal prep. Breakfast was delicious. Good variety to choose from, and different each day. Our room, and all other areas were very clean and fresh. Outside did not disappoint either. Large, clean pool, a covered multiple grill area, and gas fireplace relaxing sitting area as well. Landscaping was lovely. Close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. We walked to Target. Right off I-40.
Disliked: The only negative would be there was no ice machine, other than from a fountain soda machine in the breakfast area.

Disappointed, the room was not...

Liked: The eggs were cold. Bacon was undercooked. Coffee urn was empty. Drink machine didn’t work.
Disliked: Improving the quality of the food.
