Liked: Not much place is very tired and needs work
Disliked: Having to change rooms, lack of customers service limited in house facilities

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The smell of chlorine bleach in some areas including the rim and musty odor in corridors & dining area

Pleasant

Disliked: We only had one working room key for our three bed suite of 6 people. The desk staff was not able to get any other keys to work. I also didn't know I had to pay for a second car to park. No milk for cereal at breakfast.

Liked: The staff on the Front Desk was very helpful when I wanted to extend my stay the lady that works in the daytime and the gentleman that works in the evening were especially helpful and giving me information and how to do so
Disliked: I didn’t like that the pool was closed. I was looking forward to it for the grandkids to have something to do because when there’s bad weather, they can swim in a pool inside the hotel. Also, if the breakfasts could be a little bit more variety as far as switching them up, that would be a plus.

Disliked: Sausage overcooked. No butter for toast and bagels.
