Disliked: Not as clean or well renovated as other IHG properties I’ve stayed at.

Location was perfect for visiting...

Liked: I loved the social time, breakfast and especially the beautiful courtyard.

It was good.

Liked: The staff at Staybridge had to make a last-minute reservation for me. I was fortunate that they had a room available for the 6 nights we needed.
Disliked: I want to give a BAD review to booking.com. I made reservations for the hotel through booking.com a couple months in advance. However, I found out when I checked in that booking.com did not communicate my reservation with the hotel.We did a room at the time and place, but that was because of the hotel itself, not because of booking.com.
