Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was great.
Disliked: The sofa bed was terrible. All you felt were the springs. When opened there was a handful of skittles on the mattress and floor.It was very noisy!

Liked: The breakfast was very good. I loved that there were 4 waffle stations so there wasn't much waiting. The breakfast area was very bright and inviting. Our room was a good size and have a lovely view of a fountain.

Great location-Comfortable rooms!

Liked: The room was spacious and very comfortable. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. This was the first time staying at this location, very convenient. The breakfast was great, tasty and filling.

Liked: Breakfast was okay. My room was nice and spacious. I really enjoy Staybridge as your rooms are usually nice.
Disliked: The elevator was a little sketchy in the noises that it made. I also heard someone had been locked in the one a day prior. It had an out of order sign on it.I noticed a piece of candy under the hide a bed. (like a chocolate ball possibly) I did not touch it.My payment is still pending, therefore I still have not received my $100 security deposit back. I am not sure why hotels need to hold onto that for so long when the room is check the next day and you know nothing was broken from us. I realize this is almost all hotels, but I do not understand why!
