Liked: Breakfast was good, and like that they employ many people who are hearing impaired. Good location.
Disliked: Two major issues: billing and room keys. Billing: We were billed approximately 3 times the amount of our expected stay.($6500 vs $2500) After speaking to several employees, to include the general manager, charges continued to be billed every single day of our stay, with zero logic. Sometimes two times a day. Day shift blamed night shift and night shift blamed day shift. One employee said we could just dispute it if it didn't come off the card, but why should we have to deal with that? Three days after check out, the charges are still on our card. The other issue concerned room keys continually losing the codes and quit working for no reason. Every day we had to go down to the desk to have them re-keyed.

Disliked: I chose Staybridge suite, because as the name indicates, there are suites. We?ve stayed here before. This was the first time we didn?t get a suite. The extra bed was not in a separate room as before. It worked out, but not ideal. I also called after I booked to confirm with an actual hotel staff person that our two rooms (was also booking for my sister) were close to each other. They were on the same floor, but opposite ends of the floor. Again, it worked out, but not ideal.
