Liked: I appreciated the heads up via text about facilities not being available.
Disliked: Wasn't able to stay at hotel because I only booked it for its facilities and the hotel alerted me about not having full facilities available. I was told a refund will be issued if I chose to cancel due to that circumstance, so I did. It has been almost a month ago now, and I have initiated contact four times now (about once a week now) and have yet to receive refund I was told would be issued weeks ago, now.

Disliked: I didn't like it. I had to leave early due to having to be at work.

Liked: THE BREAKFAST IS ALWAYS GOOD AND THERE IS ALWAYS A VARIETY TO CHOOSE FROM VERY FILLING AND MORE THAN ENOUGH TO EAT SECONDS.
Disliked: I STAYED THREE NIGHT TWO DAYS FROM 01/13/2024 UNTIL 01/15/2024 IN ROOM 317 THE PEOPLE OCCUPYING THE ABOVE ROOM ABOVE ME KEPT JUMPING AND STOMPING ALL THROUGH THE DAY WHICH MADE THE STAY UNPLEASEANT.
