We arrived in the middle...

Liked: Location, staff, breakfast

Convenient location, but nothing more...

Liked: Convenient to the airport, 5 minutes, and free airport shuttle.
Disliked: The staff were new and unfamiliar with the system so the check in process took way too long, they couldn't multitask handling more than one guest at a time. Finally when it got to me, he double charged me even though my reservation was prepaid, he "couldn't see it". I came back to show him the payment confirmation, but he couldn't issue a refund himself. The place overall is not nice, renovations need to be done. Decor and carpet look to be from the 80's, and the hotel has a generall damp and muggy smell to it.

Disliked: A lot of cockroaches in the suites

I love this place but...

Liked: The waffles are awesome When the bar is closed they serve free wine and beer for a few hrs
Disliked: It was so busy we got a room ever 30 minutes or so until we got our 3 rooms

Super comfortable stay.

Liked: The breakfast was very nice. Many options to choose from even for vegiterians, i would have loved it even more if they did have croissants and more deli meats The breakfaet had great taste. The location is great for people who travel especially for business and super close to the airport and the metro.
Disliked: I did not like that it is not close to places to eat of shopping plazas.

Free laundry service.

Disliked: One elevator in whole building.
