I enjoyed the stay for...

Liked: The area their room with the balcony and they were close to most stores
Disliked: Housekeeping didn’t come til my last day

I would book again

Liked: The facility was to close to lots of stores, staff very friendly.
Disliked: The sofa bed was horrible.

Disliked: Hotel is very old, really didn't like this location. The bed wasn't comfortable, there was only one trash can in the whole suite and it was in the bathroom. I did not get the room I paid for with a balcony, I was given supposedly a discount. I wouldn't book this hotel again.

Liked: Close proximity to shopping and places to eat. Breakfast was repetitive, there should be more options to choose from. Room was clean, housekeeping passed everyday.
Disliked: Having the same breakfast choices everyday.

Unsatisfactory.

Disliked: We were not allowed to stay on the property due to an “issue” with our room. Instead, we were taken next door to Holiday Inn. We got a room with 2 beds, although we initially booked a 2 bed suite with a pull out couch bed. I was told we would be reimbursed for half of the first night’s stay, and not get charged a security deposit fee. I also waited 30 minutes on the phone with Booking.com to confirm that Staybridge will be able to send the funds back. The agent on the phone told me the funds would be returned. However, I received a message from Booking.com the next day stating that I took too long to respond to Staybridge’s offer. They wanted me to respond by 6:55am the next morning. We were on vacation, and I had already spoken with staff in person and on the phone and received verbal confirmations that everything was sorted. So, it seems that I won’t have my funds that were promised returned simply because I didn’t have time to check my email that night. Holiday Inn was okay, except we had a flooded room and had to get another room immediately after that had a TV that kept malfunctioning. 6/10 overall as the staff at both hotels were nice, breakfast was okay, and the shared basketball court and pool were good too.
