Disliked: location, reservation cancellation, bad service at concierge, no resort, bad!!!

Liked: The breakfast was excellent and lots of choices.
Disliked: The toilet water ran all night and it was noisy.

Not worth the money

Liked: The guy who checked us in and out was nice and pleasent
Disliked: My bedroom floor was soak and wet was told by night staff theres nothing they could do maintenence went home and we check out the next day my socks and sneakers was soak from the bedroom floor i had left my robe night gown and one outfit and instead of holding it or calling me they threw it away asap and in the whole hotel there was only one wheelchair and theres was atleat 3 other guest that needed it besides me for almost 400 for 2 nights this stay was horrible

Liked: Location is great, Staff is friendly and helpful, Social hour from Monday-Wednesday 5pm-7pm free food for guests as a courtesy. Comfortable beds and hot water.
Disliked: Housekeeping is the worst. We stayed a week and not once was the room cleaned. We had to go to the front desk to ask for a change of towels. Guests leave their garbage outside the room because no one will clean the room. They don't make the beds, clean, take garbage out or change towels. Room had so much dust after 3 days of staying there, we expected it to be cleaned by when we got back at night but nothing. We ran out of toilet paper and soap, we told the front desk and still nothing was done. Breakfast was ok. Eggs, Sausage or bacon, Waffles, Fruits, cereal and bread. That's all we ate for 7 days. No variety at all.

Liked: Breakfast was amazing.Laundry was free.The room was bigger than I expected.The staff was friendly and helpful.The location was posh.Will like to come here next year.The wifi was fast.
Disliked: Can't think of anything. It was an amazing experience staying in this hotel.
