Disliked: They accidentally overcharged my card $376.20 on top of my room fee then I had to wait 5 business days for it to be removed!

Better last visit

Liked: Nice size room, decent breakfast.
Disliked: We have stayed here previously and breakfast was really good. This time it was ok. They had a limited amount out which I understand with higher costs. But employees were a bit rude this visit. We witnessed the lady who was taking care of food come up to a gentlemen and tell him “it’s the same thing that was here earlier” gentleman had a confused and embarrassed look on his face and had to tell her she must have confused him with someone else. Front desk was not friendly at all. We asked for an extra hour since our baseball games did not start until late in the afternoon and they refused a late check out due to it being a weekend.

Satisfactory but not impressive.

Liked: The location. Hotel is adjacent to restaurant row. Almost any type dining is within walking distance.
Disliked: It is not a new property. As such there were some items (cook top, ventilation fan in bathroom) that did not work well. Not as fresh as preferable.
