Not horrible. Staff were very...

Liked: Great location and friendly staff.
Disliked: Smells old, bathroom had pubic hair on the toilet, shower curtain smelled like it’s never been washed and or replaced. Shower head needed replacing. Bath tub was very slippery.

Liked: Shawna was exception. The hotel was clean and inviting. I will definitely be coming back.
Disliked: The elevator broke, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Liked: It’s pretty clean, comfortable? Nice hotel we live it
Disliked: The personal very unprofessional, rude, aggressive. I’m talking about the front desk lady the one at the reception.

Disliked: The African American lady working up front. She was so rude the moment we walked in! She definitely needs help in her customer service skills

Liked: Functional
Disliked: Elevator out of order, not told until after checked in. Room smelt bad, kitchen sink drain. There was a pepper pot in the cupboard in the kitchen which contained various items and the outside looked mouldy. There was a dead bug on the window sill.
