Liked: The staff was excellent especially the front desk Also a manager drove out shuttle to the airport. He stepped in without hesitation
Disliked: I personally didn't like that breakfast ended at 9We couldn't even get cereal. We had a flight to catch and that was the only part that was disappointing

Horrible hotel with horrible staff

Disliked: Horrible customer service. They sold our suite and gave my whole family one bed to share. Tried to get a refund and they won’t respond. Tried to blame them selling our room on us and had no basis.
