Ok visit

Liked: Had a kitchen in the room.
Disliked: Wifi didn’t work, tv didn’t work and when we went to ask at 5 they said they would send someone up. The door knocked after 9 when we were already in bed. The breakfast was ok, a little tasteless. The towels in the room were all stained.

Liked: Pet friendly plus the room is equipped with kitchen essentials.
Disliked: The check in process took so looong since the staff is alone and there are other guests interrupting while reception is attending to me. No one can assist with our luggage - it is winter thus we need extra hand.

Disliked: Jacuzzi would not work properly and that’s the room we paid for. No maintenance on to fix the problem
