Disliked: Booking.com made no mention of closed facilities so basically ruined our trip, then never replied to messages. Book straight from the hotel websites not booking.com

Passable

Disliked: this was the third year in a row that we book this hotel, six days or more. the biggest reason is to be close to our daughter and grand kids. I book very early in the year. management should have inform me that the please was under manger renovations and the pool would not be opened for the kids. We also had three days of air condition problems. The staff was very good but management leaves me very disappointed.

Liked: I thought the room was great. I had never stayed in a room with a kitchenette so that was different. And the walk through "powder room" was nice.

Liked: The suite is very nice, each room has two separate bathrooms！Breakfast was great！
Disliked: You need to confirm with booking. If there is no suite with 3 beds, please write that there are only 2 KS beds.

Undisclosed construction - Wouldn't stay...

Liked: Spacious and clean rooms. easy to navigate the hotel grounds.
Disliked: There was construction on our floor, and at the front of the hotel, and that wasn't disclosed anywhere. There was gross amounts of construction materials and tarps everywhere coming off the elevator and throughout the floor. Parking lot was corded off for whatever they were doing outside. It was loud. And when I brought it up to both the hotel and booking.com the answer was essentially "oh okay, thanks". YOU NEED TO DISCLOSE CONSTRUCTION. We would not have booked that hotel if we knew there was active construction.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent….especially, the young yellow working there!!!
Disliked: One of the Supervisors reprimanded a staff in front of us. We were NOT impressed with her attitude. The young man working was very courteous to us and the other customers!!! But, she certainly wasn’t!!!
