Excellent start to the holiday
Liked: Clean, comfortable and welcoming.
Disliked: Only very minor issue, better signage highlighting the Sport Bar area, in addition to the Hi Pizza restaurant.

Excellent place to stay at...
Liked: The location is great, suites are spacious and very well equipped. The stand out was the staff and the food in the restaurant. Sandra at breakfast was a joy along with Elliott and Naveen in the restaurant and bar in the evening.
Disliked: The walls are not very well sound proofed

It was a wonderful stay!!
Liked: It is close to the airport and they have a bus that takes you to the airport for a small fee. It is convenient. It is very spacious and the breakfast is very good.
Disliked: It is a little further away from London if you want to go into town.

A very pleasant stay for...
Liked: •Spacious Room: The room was large and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and move around.•Well-Equipped: Everything I needed was provided in the room — from toiletries to a convenient workspace.•Excellent Bed: The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable — perfect for a restful night after a long flight.•Great Breakfast: A good selection at breakfast, fresh and tasty.•Free Coffee & Tea: Loved having complimentary coffee and tea available all day in the lobby — a very thoughtful touch.•Airport Shuttle: The shuttle service to Terminals 2 and 3 was convenient and efficient.
Disliked: Terminal 5 Access: Unfortunately, the shuttle to Terminal 5 is inconvenient — it runs infrequently and the ride takes over 40 minutes. Taking a taxi may be a better option.Room Windows: The windows face the interior of the hotel — great for noise isolation, but there’s no outside view.

Worth to try, not bad
Liked: The hotel room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were polite and friendly. There were limited choice of food for the breakfast but it was reasonable. Free coffee and tea at the hotel pantry for 24 hours. There's a small kitchen inside the room but we didn't use it. We chose this hotel because we needed to catch a flight on the next day, this was the second time we stayed in this hotel. If you want to get groceries and cold drinks, there's a small shop after 20 mins walk. The hotel shares the fitness room with the Holiday Inn next door, probably they are under the same group. No restaurant at the hotel, only room service available but you could dine at the restaurant of Holiday Inn which is next door.
Disliked: The hotel is not within walkable distance to the airport. You either need to take the public bus to the Central Station of Terminal 2 or the Holiday Inn hotel group shuttle bus at GBP6.80 per trip, of course Uber and taxi are the more expensive means of transportation. My husband has tried taking the shuttle bus but it took him 30 mins from the hotel to Terminal 5 because the shuttle bus travelled to all Holiday Inn hotels before going to Terminal 5. The key cards of the room didn't work well. We booked 2 rooms and got 3 key cards for each room because the cards didn't work when we reached our room. The front desk staff told that the key card could not get in touch with any electronic device otherwise it will be "reset". This is a bit annoying, we didn't come across this problem with other hotel room keys before.
