The room was spacious and awesome! Good place to stay.

Disliked: Arrived at 4:15 pm and room was not ready.

Loved out stay again where...

Liked: We were close to my husbands doctor so we try to stay here because it is clean, comfortable and friendly staff.
Disliked: I don’t know of anything that we didn’t like.

Home away from home with...

Liked: I appreciated the amount of space in the room we had. The full sized fridge was phenomenal! The room itself felt homey, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The smaller portioned waffle maker was a kid favorite. I particularly loved the yogurt bar especially the fresh fruit (although I wish there was an alternative to dairy yogurt). Free laundry is always a plus!
Disliked: The pool was ‘closed’ for maintenance during/after breakfast which is when we were looking forward to swimming before we checked out so that was highly disappointing to the kids. The front hotel staff in the AM was horrible (the guy at night when we checked was great). She was young, easily annoyed by children, not helpful, and basically flat out rude. The sausage patties at breakfast were gross.

I wouldn't go back :)

Disliked: The staff was awful. Rude and disappointing. It was the end of the world to ask for toilet paper that our room was never even stocked with when arriving or towels. When the kids swam there was no towels as well and the staff did not want to give us any. I also still have not receive my deposit back going on a month later.
