Disliked: They did not give me the two queen bed room that I booked. So I was charged for a two queen bed room but was given a one queen bed and a pullout bed. They blamed it on you, Booking.com. I believe they gave my room away to someone else before I got there. The staff was incompetent and unhelpful. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows had zero support. The pullout sheets had questionable hair on them.
