Liked: The breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: I requested a room that slept 4 adults. I was given a room with one bed and a small sofa bed that was not adequate to sleep 2 adults.

Unexpected noises made my stay...

Liked: The room was great.
Disliked: I didn't like the constant noise coming from the room above me. It sounded like heavy objects being dragged across the floor, and a few times those objects sounded like they were being dropped.Also the breakfast buffet was not being kept stocked. Plates were not available, foods were not restocked and coffee pots ran out. This is why I gave the 5 out of 10 rating. Guests were rude. Staff was nice though.

Exceptional

Liked: I love the guy who helped us check in he was really cool and he just was laid back and I liked his attitude about things he was very nice and in the morning they had a good breakfast My daughter liked it I don't eat breakfast But they sure did.
Disliked: When trying to say hi in the morning to the housekeepers they were quite not wanting to be there

There was no stay

Disliked: They did not have a room for us when we got there. We were tired and had to go to three other hotels to find a place to sleep.
