Liked: This review is not really for the property but a PERSON on staff. I wish I had gotten her name but she (maybe the manager? She was a shorter white woman with reddish hair) graciously upgraded us to a bigger room without extra charge. It was more than what we could have asked for. And she thanked us to for being members. The reality is we are the ones who are thankful for folks like her who go above and beyond for guests. I wanted to make sure that she got her recognition!

Liked: Breakfast first two days were great. One day they were understaffed so not everything was out on time but still great overall. Staff was hardworking and friendly. We will stay again if we return.
Disliked: Door deadbolt was broken and back door slammed shut really hard unless super careful. This could be dangerous especially for small children.

Disliked: Upon arrival we were given a room already in use, the room we were given as a replacement had dirty dishes and clothing tags on the floor so idk if it was vacuumed, the bedding for the pull out bed was missing so we had to ask for some, the pool was closed but was not stated on the website

Liked: Wonderful set up and room amenities also heated pool
Disliked: The room shower was broke and the bathtub was dirty. Although it was a free upgrade from overbooking and double charge on my card.
