Great location, rooms and breakfast....

Liked: Location, condition and size of room, bkft
Disliked: Problem night staff. I had a noisy neighbor and finally called front desk 1230 AM and asked them to please call them to ask them to please lower their volume on their talking and laughing. Front desk refused saying they would only call if they had loud music. Whats the difference between loud music and loud talking and laughing? Whats the harm in asking a guest to be a little quieter when all their neighbors are sleeping. Front desk person was also abrupt and didnt seem to want to help. HUH?

Liked: Was clean and convenient
Disliked: Not enough utensils in the kitchen. The gym was not well maintained. The breakfast was mediocre. The pool was not available during our stay.
